杜海銓
1996年生於香港。現於香港居住及工作。杜氏獲香港中文大學藝術系文學士（2018）及藝術碩士（2022）。在學期間，曾赴北京畫院研讀中國工筆人物畫，以及在台灣國立交通大學應用藝術研究所進行交流。杜氏也是Artisan Dream Limited的創辦人與項目總監。杜氏近年的重要展出包括「《大世界》杜海銓個展2024，SC Gallery」及「《隔離》杜海銓個展，巴塞爾藝術展2022」。
杜氏創作媒介是工筆畫。他借鑑了傳統山水畫以山石靈活構圖的方式把不同視點進行變形和重新組合，研究立體空間和視覺成像轉換成國畫線性語言的平面效果。近年作品關注屏幕文化與圖像傳播的關係，他的視覺研究以屏幕為載體，建立「畫中有畫」的敘事方式。
Tao Hoi Chuen, Jacky
Tao was born in 1996 in Hong Kong. He currently lives and works in Hong Kong. Tao received his Master's degree (2022) and Bachelor's degree (2018) in Fine Arts Department from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. During his studies, he studied and exchanged in Beijing and Taiwan. Tao is also the Founder and Project Director of "Artisan Dream Limited". His major exhibitions include “ Have a Nice Day, Tao Hoi Chuen Solo Exhibition in SC Gallery"(2024), and "ISOLATION - Tao Hoi Chuen Solo Exhibition in Art Basel 2022".
Tao's medium of creation is Gongbi painting. He draws on the flexible compositional approach of traditional landscape painting, which uses rocks to deform and reassemble different viewpoints, to study the flatness of three-dimensional space and visual imaging transformed into the linear language of Chinese painting. In recent years, his works have focused on the relationship between screen culture and image communication, and his visual research uses the screen as a carrier to establish a "painting within a painting" narrative.
