杜海銓
1996年生於香港。現於香港居住及工作。杜氏獲香港中文大學藝術系文學士（2018）及藝術碩士（2022）。在學期間，曾赴北京畫院研讀中國工筆人物畫，以及在台灣國立交通大學應用藝術研究所進行交流。杜氏也是香港壁畫藝術公司匠人夢Artisan Dream的創辦人及項目總監。杜氏近年的重要展出包括「《賽馬．香港》沙田馬場委約大型創作項目2023」及「《隔離》杜海銓個展，巴塞爾藝術展2022」。
杜氏創作媒介是工筆畫，研究立體空間和視覺成像轉換成傳統線性語言的平面效果。城市風景和賽馬題材是他喜愛入畫的內容，他的視覺研究借鑑了傳統山水畫空間以山石靈活構圖的方式把不同視點進行變形和重新組合，以「複合空間」的方式描繪生活世界的厚度。
Tao Hoi Chuen, Jacky
Tao was born in 1996 in Hong Kong. He currently lives and works in Hong Kong. Tao received his Master's degree (2022) and Bachelor's degree (2018) in Fine Arts from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. During his studies, he studied and exchanged in Beijing and Taiwan. Tao is also the Founder and Project Director of a Hong Kong Mural and Art Company "Artisan Dream". His major exhibitions include “ Racing in HK City", a Shatin Racecourse commissioned creative project, and "ISOLATION - Tao Hoi Chuen Solo Exhibition in Art Basel 2022".
Tao's medium of creation is Gongbi painting, and he studies three-dimensional space and visual imaging transformed into the graphic effects of traditional linear language. Cityscapes and horse races are among his favorite subjects, and his visual research draws on the space of traditional landscape paintings to deform and reassemble different viewpoints in a flexible compositional way, depicting the thickness of the living world in the form of "composite space".
